At Black Angus in San Jose, where she's been a host since June 2023, Gia greets guests with a warm smile, walks them to their tables, and ensures the lounge area is inviting and spotless. She also takes orders, processes payments, and skillfully coordinates server sections to keep everything running smoothly. Before that, Gia worked at Party City from September 2023 to June 2023, where her favorite part of the job was creating memorable customer experiences, whether by handling payments with care, organizing balloon orders, or keeping the store looking its best. Gia's journey started at MOD Pizza, where she worked as a crew member from April 2020 to July 2022. There, she mastered the art of pizza-making, prepped fresh ingredients, and trained new employees, all while keeping the kitchen in shape. Through these roles, Gia has gained invaluable experience and discovered her passion for teamwork, customer service, and creating welcoming spaces. Outside work, Gia is a passionate San Jose Sharks hockey fan who loves spending quality time with her daughter and her beloved dogs.
