The Sleeptracker AI system, an under-mattress sensor connected to a mobile app, is the foundation of SleepCoachAI. This sensor tracks your sleep each night without wearables, charging, or disruption, capturing:

  • Snoring, Arousals, and Awakenings

  • Heart Rate Variability

  • Room Temperature

It can monitor two sleepers independently, delivering personalized insights for each. Developed in collaboration with Stanford Sleep Medicine, the technology is validated against gold-standard polysomnography, bringing lab-level accuracy to your bedroom.

The program begins with an initial onboarding session with a real human coach who reviews the Sleeptracker-AI data and your lifestyle and goals. After that, coaching is available when needed. You choose the timing and pay for the sessions you want.
